Description
The PreciCuts are precision tissue cutters with an yttrium-stabilized zirconium dioxide tip. They should be held at high speed (at least 300,000 rpm) with light pressure perpendicular to the cutting direction and used without water cooling. Heating the tip leads to a cauterization of the cutting site and thus reduces bleeding. The PreciCuts can be used for years because use does not lead to blunting of the working end.
