If you have several opposing saddles , Palapress® vario is the right choice.
The advantage of this prosthetic resin is the controlled polymerization process. With a casting time of up to 3 minutes, several saddles can be cast simultaneously - even on different models.
After 4 minutes a transition to the plastic phase takes place.
This lasts up to 9 minutes before the work needs to be polymerized.
This time can be used for casting opposing saddles, so that several saddles can be polymerized simultaneously to save time
