Description
Our fine carbide needle is ideal for machining precious metal alloys, reduced precious metal alloys, Co-Cr alloys, non-ferrous alloys and composites. We have the fine needle in two different sizes for you, so you can choose your favorite needle. Thanks to the latest manufacturing technologies, our carbide milling cutters have an extended service life and an exceptionally high concentricity (< 0.015 mm) - even with intensive use - which means they rotate more quietly, run with little vibration and protect the drive bearing of your handpiece. Thanks to the innovative cutting geometry of our carbide milling cutters, we ensure that the removal of material is improved and that you can achieve an optimal surface quality of your material even after prolonged use. For safety reasons and to increase concentricity, the shaft is also soldered into the carbide head.
