In collaboration with our rotating instrument manufacturer DFS Diamon, we have developed the Zahni preparation set . Our set contains all the grinders and polishers you need for your preparations and polishes in the preclinical and clinical stages.
When developing our dental preparation set, we made sure that it does not contain any grinders that you will never use and that there are no duplicate items.
It is also important to us that you can find your grinders quickly and intuitively thanks to a clear and structured sorting. That is why we have consistently sorted all the rotating instruments that the set contains according to their area of application:
You will find further classifications under the three main categories “ Preparation ” , “ Finishing and Polishing ” and “ Excavating and Removing ” .
The general category “ Preparation ” is divided into the various preparation forms.
Here you will find the green (coarse) grinders on the left , the blue (medium) grinders in the middle and the red (fine) grinders on the right .
The general category “ finishing and polishing ” refers to the materials to be processed.
Here, the respective finishers and polishers are assigned to the " composite " or the " metal/amalgam ". " Composite " contains the 2-stage polishing system 2comp . This polishing system consists of diamond composite polishers in the two stages fine and superfine , which are used one after the other.
“ Metal/Amalgam ” can be polished easily and quickly using the UPORAL C polishing system included in the set. The polishers are autoclavable up to 134° and can be used 300 times more than conventional silicone polishers.
The general category “ Excavation and removal ” divides the excavation of carious areas with rose burs in different sizes and the removal of, for example, bridges or crowns with EKR burs.
So that you don't have to stock up on a whole range of drill stands, we have left extra holes in the set for all the rotating instruments that you want to purchase later.
