Country Selection
We ship from our warehouse in Germany (Münster, North Rhine-Westphalia) with DHL to the following European countries. Please note that some manufacturers from our product range are not available in some European countries.

Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are at least €14.90 to one of the above-mentioned countries for an order (up to 5 kg). The shipping costs increase with the total weight of your order.

Delivery Time
The delivery time to European countries is usually 3-5 business days.

Returns
We do not cover the costs for returns from the above-mentioned countries. As the buyer, you are responsible for the costs of your return. If you wish to return an item within 14 days, please use only an insured shipping product for your own protection. We can only take back unused products in their original packaging.

A refund for the returned items will be issued after successful inspection via the payment method you used to pay for the order. Please understand that processing and refunding your returns may take about 1-2 weeks.
